राजा शिवाजी राजयोग अभिधारणा प्रशिक्षण

छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांच्या राजकीय आणि नेतृत्व निर्मितीच्या कौशल्यावर आधारीत आधुनिक काळातील साधनांचा उपयोग करून "राजा शिवाजी राजयोग अभिधारणा " समाजातील नेतृत्वक्षम युवकामध्ये निर्माण करणे हा या प्रशिक्षणाचा उद्देश्य आहे. 

 सर्वकष  राजकीय नेतृत्व आणि कार्यकर्त्यासाठी प्रतिमा निर्मिती ( ब्रँडिंग)  हे सार्वजनिक राजकीय धारणा तयार करण्यासाठी आणि बदलाला चालना देण्यासाठी महत्त्वपूर्ण घटक आहेत. राजकीय नेत्याची परिणामकारकता अनेकदा लोकांशी संपर्क साधण्याच्या, स्पष्ट संदेश देण्याच्या आणि कृतीला प्रेरणा देण्याच्या क्षमतेवर अवलंबून असते. त्याचप्रमाणे, राजकीय कार्यकर्त्याचा प्रभाव ते त्यांच्या प्रेक्षकांना किती चांगल्या प्रकारे गुंतवून ठेवू शकतात, विश्वास निर्माण करू शकतात आणि त्यांच्या हेतूला साध्या  करू शकतात यावर अवलंबून असतात.

  शिवाजी राजांनी कसलीही राजकीय पार्श्वभूमी नसलेल्या सामान्य मावळ्याला  राजकीय नेतृत्त्व बहाल करून लोकशाही मार्गाने राजकीय नेतृत्व निर्माण केली, त्या धर्तीवरच आज सर्वसामान्य नागरिकालाही राजकीय प्रक्रियेत सहभागी व्हावे ही 

या कार्यशाळेमागील संकल्पना आहे. डॉ  बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी  भारतीय संविधानात सर्व सामन्य माणुस सुद्धा राष्ट्रपती, पंतप्रधान आणि मुख्यमंत्री ,खासदार, आमदार या  राजकीय पदावर  विराजमान होऊ शकेल असे मुलभूत अधिकार दिलेले आहेत. परंतु, राजकारण हे सामान्य माणसाचे काम नाही हा समज विचारवंत, बुद्धीजीवी वर्गात झाल्यामुळे ते प्रतिभावंत असूनही राजकारणात य्नेयास धजावत नाहीत. अशा व्यक्तींना राजकीय अभिधाणा निर्माण झाल्यास राजकीय नेतृत्व निर्माण होईल, पण त्यासाठी एका राजमार्गाची निर्मिती या कार्याशालेतून करण्यात येत आहे.

हा प्रशिक्षण अभायास्क्रम कोणत्याही एका विशिष्ठ राजकीय पक्षाकरिता नसून, व्यक्तिगत पातळीवर ज्यांना आपला राजकीय प्रवास करावयाचा आहे अशा महत्वाकांक्षी " विचारवंतांसाठी आहे. 

 स्थानिक आणि देश पातळीवरील राजकीय नेतृत्व निर्मिती  ही एक विशिष्ठ प्रक्रिया आहे आणि या प्रक्रियेची सुरुवात या प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाळेतून केली जाणार आहे.

राजकीय नेतृत्वामध्ये केवळ पद धारण करण्यापेक्षा बरेच काही समाविष्ट असते; हे सामायिक ध्येयाकडे इतरांना मार्गदर्शन आणि प्रभावित करण्याबद्दल आहे. एका प्रभावी नेत्याकडे बदलाची दृष्टी असते, आव्हानांना चोखपणे नेव्हिगेट करते आणि घटकांशी संवाद साधून त्यांच्या चिंता आणि आकांक्षा समजून घेतात. हे नेतृत्व वैयक्तिक महत्त्वाकांक्षेच्या पलीकडे जाऊन सामूहिक कल्याण आणि प्रगतीवर लक्ष केंद्रित करते.

 

राजकीय रणनीती आणि प्रचार: राजकीय  विचारधारेशी संबंधित प्रभावी मोहिमेची रणनीती, संदेशवहन आणि तळागाळात जमाव करण्याचे तंत्र समजून घेणे.

सामुदायिक सहभाग आणि सक्षमीकरण: विविध समुदायांना गुंतवून ठेवण्यासाठी, स्थानिक समस्यांचे निराकरण करण्यासाठी आणि सर्वसमावेशक प्रशासनाला चालना देण्यासाठी कार्यकर्त्यांना साधनांसह सक्षम करणे.

प्रभावी संप्रेषण कौशल्ये: प्रभावी पोहोचण्यासाठी सार्वजनिक बोलणे, मीडिया संबंध आणि सोशल मीडिया प्रवीणता यासह संप्रेषण क्षमता वाढवणे.

संघर्ष निराकरण आणि वाटाघाटी: नेत्यांना संघर्ष निराकरण रणनीती आणि वाटाघाटी कौशल्ये सुसज्ज करणे राजकीय आव्हानांवर नेव्हिगेट करण्यासाठी आवश्यक आहे.

युती आणि नेटवर्क तयार करणे: युती तयार करण्याची क्षमता विकसित करणे, विविध भागधारकांसह सहयोग करणे आणि सामूहिक प्रगतीसाठी नेटवर्कचा फायदा घेणे.

१. राज्यशास्त्र: राज्यशास्त्र हा अध्ययन आणि विचार करण्याचा क्षेत्र असून, ह्या अध्ययनात शासन, सरकारी पद्धत, आणि शासकीय व्यवस्थेच्या प्रभावांचा अभ्यास  

२. न्यायशास्त्र: या संदर्भात, न्याय, अन्याय, आणि न्यायप्रदान कसे होते हे अध्ययन. विचारणा केली जाते की नागरिकांना त्यांचे हक्क आणि न्याय मिळावं की नाही.

३. सामाजिक सुव्यवस्था: इतरांना त्यांचे संपत्ती कसे वाटले जाते, विविध वर्गांच्या संबंध कसे होते, आणि सामाजिक असमानता कसे तयार होते हे अध्ययन केले जाते.

४. राष्ट्रवाद: राष्ट्रवादाची धारणा, राष्ट्रीय अभिव्यक्तीचे महत्त्व, आणि राष्ट्रीयत्वाचे संबंध कसे बांधले जाते, ह्याचे अध्ययन केले जाते.

५. प्रजासत्ताक: या संदर्भात, नागरिकांच्या स्वाधीनता, सरकारी निर्णयांच्या प्रक्रिया, आणि लोकशाहीचे महत्त्व याचा  अभ्यास

Bapu Sarvagod is a distinguished filmmaker, political thinker, and media educator whose multifaceted career spans over two decades. An alumnus of the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, with a specialization in Film  Making and Ar Direction, he also holds degrees in Fine Arts from Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai, an M.A. in Philosophy, and an M.A. (Honors) in Political Science from Mumbai University—an academic journey that deeply informs his work in cinema and leadership education.

Cinematic Voice with Political Depth

Bapu is best known internationally for his feature film Holy Bastard (English/Hindi), a hard-hitting exploration of the Devdasi tradition in India, which blends narrative cinema with critical socio-political commentary. His political satire AUDIT boldly examines the Indian political system, while Broken Kundalini investigates the tensions between tradition and modernity, both exemplifying his commitment to cinema as a medium of ideological and philosophical reflection.
